More than 100 colleagues—from all unions as well as non-unionized workers—gathered on Thursday, June 18, following a call to action by the CGT. Others went on strike without attending the rally. Many expressed their anger at the contempt shown by G. Faury in his letter, and several took the floor to propose further actions.
Together, we voted to organize a new rally on Thursday, June 25, at 10:00 a.m. at B80 in Blagnac, and to call for a joint union meeting (intersyndicale).
Clarification on the QVCT Agreement
Contrary to what was officially communicated, the agreement allows teleworking to be restricted to less than two days per week.
See paragraph 3.1.3.2.3 of the QVCT Agreement (in French).

As proof, « Lines to Take » directives have been sent to managers to enforce a return to the office 4 days a week starting September 1st, and they even include sanctions if an employee refuses!
Management couldn’t care less about the consequences of its decisions on the entire workforce:
- Infrastructure saturation: Cafeterias, parking lots, flex-offices, traffic jams, etc.
- Disruption of employees’ lifestyles and personal organization; some are even considering resigning!
The CGT calls on all employees to mobilize. Only a real power struggle will allow us to maintain the current application of the QVCT agreement.
Rally: Thursday, June 25 at 10AM in front of B80
To voice our anger and debate right under G. Faury’s windows!
Strike terms: The CGT calls on all Airbus employees, whether union members or not, to go on strike for the duration of their choice, up to a full day. To do so, simply notify your manager. It is their responsibility to take the necessary steps to report your strike in myHR. No obligation to give advance notice.
Going on strike is a right; opposing it is a crime (Article L1132-2 of the French Labor Code)!
More information our page about the strike right in Airbus.
Good to know: The KBR (Airbus Group Works Council) in Germany isn’t backing down either! See the KBR release.
