The first meeting for the Airbus Group Mandatory Annual Negotiations (NAO) took place on February 11, and will be followed by two further meetings on February 18 and 26. Subsequently, from February 23 to April 3, meetings will be held at the level of the group’s individual companies.
On this occasion, the CGT is consulting you to hear your expectations. Ballot boxes will be available this week in the Airbus Operations canteens, and a digital form is also available (see the hyperlink or the QR code below). To your pens or keyboards!

This report will allow you to understand the positions of both the management and the various trade unions. At this stage, management acknowledges that the 2025 figures are excellent but is currently not considering any revision of the Airbus SMH (Minimum Salary) grid.
