Selon l’accord de groupe Airbus relatif au dialogue social (2024), chaque salarié.e Airbus dispose d’une autorisation d’absence de 1h30 par an (paragraphe 6.4.3). Pour cela, vous devez déclarer votre absence sous myHR (voir ci-dessous) au plus tard la veille de la réunion.

How to declare the corresponding working time :
According to the Airbus group agreement on social dialogue (2024), every Airbus employee is entitled to 1 hour and 30 minutes of authorized leave per year (paragraph 6.4.3). To use this, you must declare your absence in myHR (see below) the day before the meeting at the latest.
